For a year, Chatsie has operated as a phone company, providing simple smartphones that anyone can use. A Chatsie phone has been the perfect purchase for anyone who lacks confidence with a smartphone, or hasn’t used one before. 

We have sourced the “hardware” (the physical phone itself) from great manufacturers, being careful about finding a phone that showcases the large fonts, processes things quickly, and has a great camera. A solid battery has been a must have, plus many other points.

What we have found however, is there are more people that need help with their existing phone. That is why we’re launching Chatsie OS ™ (OS = “operating system”) - an app that transforms your Android phone - giving you access to the easy-to-use interface we’ve designed.

Instead of buying an entirely new handset, any Android user will be able to download the Chatsie App from the Google Play Store and change the phone to be simple and low distraction: prioritising calls, messages, and only the apps you need. 

People who download Chatsie OS™ can upgrade to our Premium offering which will include access to a Family Dashboard, scam protection, and amazing phone-first customer support (including evenings and weekends with a friendly, patient team). 

Chatsie OS™ will launch in early 2026 (US & UK). We are still selling the phones (UK) until the end of the year and will continue to support any of our customers for as long as they need our help.
