How to change the phone ringer

Chatsie lets you change the ringer sound and volume on your mobile.

1. On the main Menu, scroll down and tap "Other options".
2. Tap "Change ringer".
3. To change the volume, tap "Select ringer volume".
    a. Tap on the volume you would like to change it to. You will hear an example of how loud the ringer is when you tap it.
     b. Then tap "Back" in the navigation bar. Your volume has now been changed.
4. To change the ringer sound, tap "Change ringer sound".
     a. To remind yourself of what your current ringer sounds like, tap "Listen" underneath the header "Your current ringer".
     b. To listen to other ringers, scroll down to the ringer you want to listen to, and tap "Listen".
     c. To choose a new ringer, scroll down to the ringer you want to select, and tap "Select this sound".
5. You have changed the ringer sound on your phone.

How to delete an unwanted call or text shortcut

To delete an unwanted call or text shortcut:

1. On the main Menu, scroll down and tap "Other options".
2. Tap "Edit saved numbers".
3. Scroll down until you find the contact you want to remove from Shortcuts, and tap it.
a. To remove a calls shortcut: In the "Add to shortcuts" section, tap the toggle beside "For calls" to switch it to "OFF".
b. To remove a texts shortcut: In the "Add to shortcuts" section, tap the toggle beside "For texts" to switch it to "OFF".
4. Tap "Save".
5. Your shortcut has now been removed.

How to remove an unwanted app shortcut

To remove an unwanted app shortcut:

1. On the main Menu, tap "Add apps".
2. In the "Add to menu" section, scroll until you find the app you want to remove from shortcuts. Tap the toggle beside it to switch it to "HIDE".
3. Your shortcut has been removed.
