Yes.
If you're using your own SIM, just choose the Handset-only option and just insert the SIM from your previous phone into the new one using the instructions and SIM-pin included in your Chatsie package.
If you choose our SIM-included option, get in touch at hello@chatsie.com with your PAC Code and the number you would like to transfer to your new phone.
To get your PAC code, text "PAC" to 65075 from the phone whose number you want to transfer and get in touch with Chatsie. You can reach out to us either via our yellow chat portal in the bottom right, on the phone on 020 4524 0751, or via email on hello@chatsie.com.
